helpdesk exists to provide technology related
support to TATIUC Communities via Online Helpdesk
system and designed to be the central point for
TATIUC Communities to communicate with the university
for getting helps.
We
support :

TATIUC Web Application (E-Campus, Webmail, etc)

TATIUC
Mainpage (Informations, Links, etc)
-
TATIUC
Network (Wifi, Internet Access, etc)
-
TATIUC
IT Related Hardware (Laptop, PC, Printer)
We
do not support any individual or personal IT related
devices or properties such as smartphones, personal
laptops, etc.

Submit requests or questions via e-mail to helpdesk@TATIUC
online via the Help Desk system at "HelpDesk
Form" button menu.
Our
official will look into your requests and take
appropriate actions.
We
will reply to your request when will completed
the investigation.
Disclosure
of Information
We will keep your personal information that we collect
from you strictly confidential. We will not sell,
distribute, rent, license, disclose or reveal, share
or pass the information onto any third parties.
